Our houses are unfurnished so the interior is yours to make your own, while the outside is already maintained to a high standard. Every house includes a security orb, and most come with a garage, carport or dedicated parking. Prefer something simpler? Our apartments offer low-maintenance living inside the same community.

The Ahoy Bingo Railway
Our favourite way to show the place off. The narrow gauge line crosses 7 regions of coastline, streets and countryside, with ten stations along the way — a scenic ride past everything we've built, with no rush to be anywhere at all.

Nine regions, one neighbourhood
Follow the red line of the railway through the regions — ten stations link the beaches, the game house, the mall, the pool and the town hall, with Route 8 running right past the corner. Drag and zoom the chart to see how it all fits together.
Our info center is at the town hall in Karpov. Land there first — everything else is a short walk, ride or sail away. Our marina lies a scenic 10–15 minute sail away at Eastfield.
